We last spoke to Greer and TJ Perenara about building their dream home on their stunning section in Pāuatahanui. They have been working closely with Design Builders to create a home that maximises the site views, creates an environment that is practical for their family and encapsulates the Perenaras personality and taste.

Greer and TJ are starting to look at the finer details and making decisions on the interiors. Greer and TJ are after a neutral vibe as they want the home to adapt with them over time, but encompassing a timeless look. The Perenaras enjoyed working with our interior design service at Design Builders as they were able to observe our expertise in interiors and provide our team with challenges when adjustments were necessary.
“We’re starting to get into the part of it where we are looking at the interiors and the design of the home and how we want our home to feel. Like which fabrics are going to be better to use because we’ve got a child and we’ve got a dog and for me being able to be part of every step of that journey is something that is really exciting and that I’m enjoying” – Greer
