Welcome to Utsukushii Uchi, a Japanese-inspired oasis of modern luxury that seamlessly blends form and function. From the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the living spaces with natural light, to the carefully curated selection of high-end materials and finishes. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a space that is both aesthetically striking and functionally efficient.
Greer and TJ had been looking for a suitable section for a while, and found it in Pāuatahanui. With the site’s views and its evident potential as a location for a family home, they knew they had found the right place. Now came the matter of finding the right people to help them realise their dream.
