Grand Manner
Design Builders Franklin’s new showhome is opening soon in Pukekohe. It’s sited and designed to maximise expansive northern views from the Hauraki Gulf to the Sky Tower. Featuring thermally modified pine and Mansion brick cladding accentuated with cedar fascia and copper entry feature, there’s a real attention to detail and quality materials throughout.
Open spaces and glazing offer multiple views and sun. There are raking ceilings in the kitchen. The living area flows through a pillarless corner to a louver-covered outdoor entertaining area. Luxury fittings throughout the interior add to a wonderful feeling of grandeur.
Natural Beauty
Mark Davidge and his expert team at Design Builders Wellington present their latest showhome. Perfectly positioned on a ridge sweeping down to a beautiful native reserve, it’s a wonderful home for anyone who loves New Zealand’s natural environment.
