Sam Perrin is the Managing Director of Design Builders Bay of Plenty. An experienced professional of 15 years standing, Sam loves seeing his clients happy and excited as they move into the homes that his team have created for them. Project Manager Sam Dunn looks after everything from site meetings to paperwork, keeping the project on time and on budget. Operations Office Manager Dee Mrkusich manages the business end of building, ensuring it all runs smoothly for the client.
