Meet Design Builders BOP’s Sam Perrin
Sam Perrin is Managing Partner at Design Builders Bay of Plenty. He is an experienced professional of 15 years’ standing, with many awards under his tool belt. He loves creating wonderful homes, and seeing his clients happy and excited as they move in. Sam is proud of the awards that his team has won, including Master Builders House of the Year (Gold, and Best in Category), the best showhome in the Bay for 2020.

Design Builders Bay of Plenty offer a full service. It starts with an initial concept and goes all the way to completion, to create a home built around you. Sam Perrin believes that having the right philosophy and the right people is key. He says, “Building your own home can be a lifelong dream, and may be the biggest investment you will ever make. It is a privilege for us to make that a memorable and enjoyable experience for our clients.”

Sam Dunn is Project Manager at Design Builders Bay of Plenty. His days are varied and full of action, covering everything from site meetings to paperwork. Sam describes himself as a mix of mediator, mentor, problem-solver, quality controller, babysitter, and more. He loves living in the Bay of Plenty. He especially enjoys the moment when the keys are handed over to the delighted client.

With her eye for detail, Dee Mrkusich is Operations Office Manager at Design Builders Bay of Plenty. She keeps track of the business of building. During a working day she’ll be speaking with clients and suppliers, updating building costs data, keeping documentation up to date for site visits and client meetings, and more. She loves helping to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for the clients, and being able to celebrate with them on the completion of their beautiful home.
