Each year, Registered Master Builders House of the Year showcases the best New Zealand homes. Designers and builders nationwide enter their best work, hoping to impress the judges enough to win a coveted Gold, Silver, Bronze, Best in Category or the ultimate national award.
This year Design Builders has entered three of our showhomes into the GIB Showhome category for 2023. Petone Perfection (Wellington), Modern Times (Hawke’s Bay) and Waikato Vision (Waikato) will go head-to-head in not only their region, but also nationally to compete for the best Master Builders House of the Year GIB showhome

Design Builders Wellington have entered their newly opened Wellington Showhome “Petone Perfection” in the GIB Showhome Category.
This stunning waterfront showhome has views of the Wellington Harbour in the heart of the becomingly popular Petone. Not only is this showhome modern and sophisticated, but also demonstrates the high level of craftmanship that has gone in, from start to finish.

Design Builders Hawke’s Bay have entered their charming Hawke’s Bay Showhome “Modern Times” in the GIB Showhome Category.
