The original home had great bones and an enviable connection to the sea, but the layout needed refining to better suit modern living. By carefully working within the existing footprint and floor levels, the redesign enhances flow to the front lawn and beach beyond, while introducing an additional bedroom and more functional spaces for entertaining.
Significant engineering beneath the surface ensures the home is structurally sound on its sandy site, future-proofed for longevity. A covered louvred outdoor area creates a standout space for year-round enjoyment, seamlessly linking indoors and out.
