Of course, there’s more to it than that, and the clue is in our name. We take care of both the design and build of your new home. We have an in-house design team comprising a registered architect and architectural designers.

Introducing Design Builders Services
Our design team bring a perfect balance of creative flair and can-do practicality to every project to make sure that our regional offices have all they need to create an outstanding, unique home for you. This is immediately more cost-effective than going to a separate architectural practice.
The design team come under a group called Design Builders Services, which is led by our General Manager, Aaron Thompson, and our resident Architect and Design Manager, Renee Woods. Together, they have over 20 years’ industry experience, and they and their talented team work hard behind the scenes helping to create a home built around you, just for you.
Aaron says: “This integrated approach controls the costs for our clients, and it means that we can focus on doing the very best job for the client”.
Incidentally, we also look after other aspects of our business ourselves, including marketing, IT, health and safety, administration, accounting and operations, and more. This again means that we can keep costs under control, and that’s good for our clients.
