For one day only we are opening the doors of one of our recent builds in Ahuriri, Napier. This contemporary dwelling seamlessly embodies the essence of a modern urban loft, inspired by the picturesque harborside town of Ahuriri.

Drawing inspiration from the client’s desire for a “modern urban loft” feel, the design harmoniously integrates industrial aesthetics, evident in the robust and low-maintenance claddings, window joinery, and the overall character of the home. The industrial influence not only adds a touch of rugged elegance but also aligns seamlessly with the coastal surroundings of Ahuriri.
Despite a modest site footprint, the design cleverly fulfils the client’s requirements. A double-height living space becomes the heart of the home, enhancing the feeling of spaciousness and creating a dynamic focal point. The first-floor balcony not only serves as a private retreat but also offers a captivating birds-eye view of the bustling marine activity, a unique feature that connects the occupants with the vibrant coastal environment.
