Design Builders, New Zealand’s award-winning design and build company, has announced the launch of a new region covering Wānaka and Central Otago, led by newly appointed owner and Managing Director Hayley Barbour.
While Design Builders has previously completed homes in the region through its Canterbury team, Wānaka and Central Otago has not had a dedicated local team until now. The launch gives clients across Wānaka, Albert Town, Hāwea, Cromwell, Luggate, Tarras, Alexandra and the surrounding areas access to a locally based team, backed by Design Builders’ nationwide experience, proven systems and in-house design expertise.
Leading the new region is Hayley Barbour, who brings 22 years of experience in residential construction across Wānaka, Queenstown and the wider Central Otago region. Throughout her career, Hayley has developed an in-depth understanding of the local market, building requirements and the high standard of service expected by homeowners in the region.
