You’re invited to a client open home with a difference. While Design Builders BOP have built a strong reputation for new builds, just occasionally a client is more interested in refreshing their much-loved existing home.
Sam Perrin and his expert team were asked to add an extension and carry out some renovations to the house, which is nestled in a New Zealand rural setting and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The project morphed into a full-scale renovation. The large family home had been renovated some 18 years ago.
The home has been cleverly brought right up to date and now has a warm, welcoming feel, with several delightful indoor and outdoor living spaces for the happy owners to enjoy.
