Design Builders’ BOP showhome makes full use of its space and location. Four bedrooms connect to a central open plan living area, and a beautiful master suite is separated from the bedroom wing for plenty of privacy. Kitchen and dining flow to the covered outdoor entertaining area, and the clever design makes it feel seamless.
The living room has a feature fireplace and, for quieter moments, there’s also an intimate sitting room. This showhome makes even more of its wonderful location with a three-car garage, where you can park your own golf cart, and admire the view.
Design Builders’ BOP showhome is one of New Zealand’s top award-winning homes. It took home a Gold and a ‘Best in Category award at the 2020 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards.
According to Sam Perrin, 13 Serenity Drive was inspired by Hampton and country style homes. “We also wanted to showcase craftsmanship and detail, paying special attention to features like exterior soffits and internal architraves.”
