With 16 years in the building industry, Jeff Marra recently opened the Design Builders Waikato office so he could take his professional service offering to the next level and deliver a comprehensive residential construction service to his clients. Jeff recognised that the Design Builders business model would be able to offer his clients additional value that is not easy to achieve as a small building company, while it also allows the opportunity to compliment and leverage his amassed local experience and passion with the systems and efficiencies that Design Builders offers.
“The most rewarding aspect of building is the relationships I develop with my clients, It begins with getting an understanding of what is important to them, crafting a solution that will meet their needs, and then delivering a positive building experience”, says Jeff. “I am a little bit of a romantic and believe that designing and building your own home should be one of those outstanding life experiences, and the Design Builders Waikato team takes real pride in seeing our clients absolutely delighted with their new home. When he is not out monitoring the building processes and keeping clients informed of how their new build is progressing, you will find Jeff spending time with his wife (Emma) and daughter, or hitting a small white ball around the local golf course.
