Matt built our new home at 85 Highland Drive, Taupo from March to September 2009.

During that time we got to know Matt well. We always found him to be completely approachable in every sense. He was always available to us to answer our many questions and suggestions and he was an ideal go between for ourselves and everyone else who was working on the job.

Many of the design aspects and ideas that have been incorporated into our house were at the suggestion of Matt. He would occasionally see an opportunity to do something a little different from the original plan that would work or look better and explain it very clearly to us so that we could make informed decisions about the final result. Nothing seemed to be a bother to him and he certainly went out of his was to accommodate.

Matt was seemingly always at the worksite, working most weekends and going out of his way to get things done on time. His attention to detail and pride in doing everything ‘just right’ is a feature of our home and we are very very pleased with the end result.

In short, we would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone looking to build a quality home that they could be proud of. Indeed we would have no hestiation in using Matt in any future build we may look at.

Matt recently finished our new home. The build was a painless process that we put down to:

The house was finished six weeks earlier than expected and we were thrilled with the result. Matt knows what customer service is and demonstrates this in all his dealings with clients. We have no hesitation in recommending Matt as we have confidence in his abilities and expertise as a builder. If we built again he would be the first builder we would call.
