From the top is Andy Bell -  Owner & General Manager, casting his experienced eye over the design & build process to ensure our exacting standards are upheld , but also looking at innovations and opportunties in the building industry.

The director of first impressions Robyn Beere is here to help! Robyn will be found assisting clients with kitchens, colours and the general management of their projects in close liasion with the next key member of Design Builders…

Dameon Heward – our latest addition to the team. Dameon is responsible for the day to day on site management of all our projects. He comes with loads of building experience and enthusiasm to create positive experiences!

The man to transform ideas into virtual reality is Architectural Designer
Jason Sullivan. Jason’s work as an Architectural Designer for Design Builders is preceded by 18 years building new homes in Hawke’s Bay and 10 years of that as a Site Manager for Design Builders. Jason combines exceptional flair, desire for continuous improvement, structural and practical  construction  experience,  with the latest technical computer aided design (CAD) skills, resulting in the complete Architectural Designer.

Scott Taylor – Sales Manager extrordinaire! Former Builder & Project Manager experience has provided a well rounded approach to ensuring all your needs and wants are satisfied. Call Scott now to talk about land and building opportunities!
