Andy and Brenda Bell’s first entity A & B Bell Partnership, was formed in 1992 bringing together the skills and design flair that they had amassed over the years.
They realised in 1994 that the business needed a clearer focus on the market they were beginning to dominate.
This clarity of vision for the company saw the business incorporated as Design Builders Ltd – which better reflected the service that they provided to their clients.
Design Builders’ sole aim is to build original homes that set a new standard in Hawke’s Bay. With innovation Design Builders have been able to achieve this consistently over the past 16 years.
Innovation, complimented by solid “old school” knowledge and work ethics has provided Design Builders clients the opportunity to express themselves as individuals. Design Builders does not use standard plans, modified to look different.
Design Builders listens and interprets the client’s thoughts and ideas and transforms into reality.
